Do you only work with registered NDIS providers?
Yes we only provide choices that involve NDIS registered providers for SIL and SDA.
What's the difference between SIL and SDA?
SIL funds the support staff and services, while SDA funds the physical building or home.
How quickly can you help us find a home?
The process can take between 2-6 weeks depending of the needs of the participant, location and compatibility with other participants if applicable.
Is there a cost for your service?
Our services are free for support coordinators.
What areas do you cover?
We cover all Australia
How do you ensure participant safety and wellbeing?
We get to know that specific needs and circumstances around the participant and search on our pool of providers to see the best fit that will provide an optimal environment for the participant to reach his or her goals.
